Swedish massage uses long sweeping strokes to relax, stimulate circulation, and restore your tranquility and balance. Deep tissue massage addresses specific areas of tension within the deeper layers of the muscle tissue through kneading and trigger-point techniques. Most massages are a combination of both which can be determined during the massage.
Since massages release lactic acid, we encourage our massage clients to rehydrate with water. We chose Fiji water to serve our massage clients. Fiji water is available for retail to any client.
Bamboo Massage — $110
A full body treatment that uses warm bamboo tools to soothe away muscle tension. We use oils on the body to knead, roll & tap the sticks along the body to increase oxygen flow and release toxins from the muscles. With adjustable pressure, this can be a completely relaxing massage to therapeutic deep tissue massage. (75 minutes)
LaStone Hot Stone Massage — $125
LaStone hot stone massage uses smooth basalt stones that radiate with heat or refreshing cool marble stones that are strategically placed on the body and used in the hands of the therapist to create a magical soothing experience. We suggest you clear your calendar afterwards to extend your experience! (75 minutes)
Citrus Scrub & Swedish Massage — $125
Enjoy an invigorating total body gentle exfoliation to stimulate, detoxify and remove dull surface skin. We infuse our exfoliant with citrus essential oils to refresh the senses and clear your thoughts. You will be revitalized and rehydrated during the Swedish massage. We do not recommend shaving the day of this treatment! (75 minutes)
Blissful Massage Experience - $125
Begin with a warm paraffin treatment & massage for the feet, followed with a scalp & face aromatherapy massage, full body massage finished with warm towels. A serious way to relax. (75 minutes)Aromatherapy is always complimentary: choose from a variety including citrus, eucalyptus & lavender to calm, relax, balance or invigorate.
Prenatal Massage
While we love the service, we are not able to offer prenatal massages at Bella Donna Spa due to our insurance restrictions. If you find an establishment that offers prenatal, please make sure your therapist is not only Nationally Certified but also has certification in prenatal as an additional modality. We wish you the best and will be able to accommodate you for massage 3 months post delivery of your baby...and congratulations!!!
